With COVID precautions in place, check in will be a little different this fall for youth services. 

Please read over this information about check in procedures.



Adult LifeGroup Leader Check in will begin at 6:00PM each week.

Student Check in will begin at 6:10PM each week. 

Please do not arrive at the last minute. 

The sooner you can get here each week and check in, the better. 

There will be stations for Crosswalk check in as listed below:



• Station #1: Temperature Check—Students/Adult Leaders will have their temperature checked with infrared thermometer outside under awning.  Students/Adult Leaders will then enter either door/hallway.  Floors will be marked for social distancing while waiting in line.



• Station #2: Check in—Students/Adult Leaders will check in at the desks at the ends of either hallway.  If a student's information is not in our church database, he/she must fill out a VIP (guest) card and give contact info. Students will not be allowed to enter without contact information. 



• Station #3: Wristbands—Students/Adult Leaders will get a color coded wristband to go with each SQUAD (quadrant).  Students will need to put this on themselves to avoid physical contact with others.



• Station #4: Admission—Students/Adult Leaders should not “hang out” in the game room and will be asked to immediately enter the Youth Room once checked in. Students will however not be allowed to enter the Youth Room without the appropriate wristband. Once in the Game Room, students will be required to stay with their “Squads” within their assigned quadrant.



Dismissal will be done spaced out by SQUADS to avoid congestion in hallways as well as in the Game Room area.
